I did not think that a little butter and some breadcrumbs could make such a difference to the flavor of baked beans, but goodness gracious, you’ve got to try these! This recipe is super easy and quick to put together but it makes such a difference in the overall flavor of the dish. Instead of eating just a can of beans, suddenly it feels like you’re eating a dish you’d be happy to receive at a restaurant.
The steps to make this recipe are straightforward and easy. If you make a smaller quantity, you can even cook the beans in a toaster oven instead of a big oven. The beans complement everything from the July 4th Outdoor Party Recipes but they go extra well with the Grilled Vegetable Platter and BBQ Chicken.
