Margarita Flatbread Taste Test

This flatbread took me straight to Italy! Margherita pizza is my go-to order, and this dish did not disappoint.
Makes 24 servings
Cook Time: 45 minutes
*4 flatbreads, already baked
*1/2 cup favorite pizza sauce
*2 large tomato
*2 cups fresh mozzarella cheese
*Handful of fresh basil
*1/4 cup olive oil
*Preheat oven to 410F and use a baking sheet.
*Cut tomatoes in thin rounds.
*Cut mozzarella cheese into thin rounds.
*Brush flat bread with a thick layer of olive oil.
*Spread tomato sauce on flatbread.
*Place mozzarella cheese and tomato slices on flatbread.
*Bake for 10 minutes, or until cheese is melted.
*Take out flatbreads and sprinkle with basil.
*Cut and serve.
